Glory Begins a New Chapter, Forging Ahead with Dreams

Recently, the company’s “Bright Future, Steady Strides — 2025 Special Awards Ceremony” came to a successful conclusion. Centered on commending excellence and gathering strength, the event balanced fun and engagement. It was both a tribute to past hard work and an expectation for the future journey, fully demonstrating the pragmatic, progressive team spirit and dynamic development of the company.

 

 

As the core part of the ceremony, the process was concise, pragmatic, orderly and efficient. Four rounds of awards were presented in succession: the All-Staff Award, Personal Efficiency Award, Performance Award, and Management & Special Award. These precisely honored outstanding individuals and teams from different positions and fields. With dedication and perseverance, they achieved goals and overcame challenges. Their honors were well-deserved, setting practical examples for all colleagues.

 

 

During the ceremony, wonderful performances were staged one after another. The Happy Chinese New Year dance by the C34 Baqi Dance Troupe opened the event with lively moves, conveying high spirit and vitality. The melodic Song Medley and powerful No Longer Hesitated conveyed original aspirations and united strength through music, enriching the cultural atmosphere of the ceremony.

 

 

To diversify the event and bring colleagues closer, a variety of interactive activities were held: Quiz Battle, Funny Face Challenge, Blind Feeding Challenge, and Brain-Mouth Game. In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, team cohesion and collaboration were further strengthened, showing the spirit of unity and mutual support among staff.

 

 

A special points-based raffle was arranged to thank all employees for their hard work over the year. Every gift carried the company’s care and expectations. At the end of the event, General Manager Gou Yuesong announced the 2026 Special Awards categories and launched the Wish for 2026 ceremony, setting a clear direction and building consensus for the company’s development in the new year.
