Component

How It Works

The X-ray tube, featuring a cathode filament, anode target, and vacuum glass tube, generates a high-speed electron flow by accelerating electrons from the cathode. This electron flow penetrates the conveyor belt, creating a clear perspective image via an X-ray image intensifier. The image is transmitted to a remote viewing device through a designated interface, where it can be displayed and stored.

New Interface

How To Use

  1. Connect the main unit, transmitter, and receiver correspondingly.
  2. With the conveyor belt stationary, place the device so that the receiver and transmitter are positioned above and below the belt, respectively.
  3. Turn on the power.
  4. Once the belt image appears, slowly move the device parallel to the belt to detect defects like broken steel cords or loose splices.
