Summary
From May 8 to 10, Yukon Wei and Pengbin Li from DMC Technology successfully carried out an on-site survey at Attarat Power Company Jordan.
DMC would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the team members for their invaluable on-site support, which allowed us to conduct a thorough inspection of the conveyor system. We also deeply appreciate their guidance and collaboration, which gave us deeper insight into the conveyor’s operation and provided crucial information for integrating our rip-monitoring line.
Based on the conveyor’s layout, operating conditions, and other site-specific details, we will develop a comprehensive solution for belt-longitudinal-rip 3D monitoring system installation.
This 3D rip monitoring system will automatically start and stop with the conveyor, continuously monitor belt rip incident, and, with its real-time 3D image (accurate to 1 mm) displayed on the central control’s large screen, instantly detect any rips, trigger alarms, and even initiate an automatic conveyor shutdown to prevent further damage.
Although the loading position and discharge chute of the two conveyors generate substantial dust, our monitoring cameras are equipped with specially designed dust shields that block most particles, and built-in automatic wipers to keep the lenses clear—ensuring uninterrupted, reliable 3D rip detection.
We look forward to bringing the final solution to life—installing our 3D belt rip monitoring system on Attarat Power Company's conveyor to boost safety and ensure smooth operation, thereby supporting Attarat Power Company’s ongoing production.
