Recently, DMC brought its latest version of mobile X-ray flaw detection equipment to carry out a professional dynamic inspection on the conveyor belt of a cement plant client

First, DMC's technical team found a suitable location to set up the equipment, configured the parameters, and debugged the software. As the conveyor belt started, the equipment began to work, and the image collection of the conveyor belt was successfully completed after about half an hour.    

This inspection focused on the condition of the steel wires inside the conveyor belt. With the help of advanced X-ray non-destructive testing technology, it can accurately capture the internal structure information while the conveyor belt is running normally, and timely detect potential safety hazards and wear problems. After the inspection, DMC also provided the client with a detailed evaluation report on the operation status of the conveyor belt, which offered an important basis for the client's subsequent equipment maintenance, safe production and operation decisions, and was recognized and praised by the client.
