AI-Powered Detection Delivers Higher Accuracy and Faster Report Generation

DMC Technology has officially launched its new generation non-destructive testing (NDT) software for steel cord conveyor belts. Compared with the previous version, the new software integrates the latest AI-based recognition algorithms, achieving significant improvements in damage identification accuracy, data processing speed, and overall inspection efficiency.

In traditional inspection processes, large volumes of image data are usually analyzed only after data acquisition is completed, resulting in longer report generation times. DMC’s new software adopts a real-time processing architecture that enables simultaneous image acquisition and data analysis. While the system is collecting images, it is also processing and identifying belt damage in real time. As a result, inspection reports can be generated almost immediately after data collection is completed, greatly reducing reporting time and significantly improving inspection efficiency.

At the same time, the software incorporates advanced AI models trained on massive conveyor belt damage datasets. This allows the system to identify broken steel cords, corrosion, splice abnormalities, and other potential defects with much higher precision, effectively reducing false alarms and missed detections while providing customers with more reliable inspection data.
